We are pleased!!!After wearing her brace for 6 months, the recent x-rays showed improvement. This is wonderful news and a real incentive to continue. I only wish ScoliCare had been around years ago!My 44 year old daughter with special needs actually likes to wear her brace and doesn’t mind doing the recommended exercises because she knows it is helping her back.Thank you Dr. Gubbels and Danielle!!!

On 9/23/2024 we got the news that our son was diagnosed with scoliosis! His curve was considered to be major and ONLY surgery could correct it. It took everything in me to NOT breakdown in front of my son. We were immediately instructed to go speak with a surgeon and get set up with a surgery date. There was NO OTHER options given. So, my son and I went home in shock of the diagnosis and then ALSO the idea of him “having” to get surgery to correct his potentially life altering condition. His doctors DID NOT give any comfort or any other options! After a few days of non-stop Praying and Crying, I feel like the Lord help me to find Dr. Chris Gubbels with ScoliCare! I spoke with Ms. Caitlyn and she made it so easy. She had a very friendly voice that was comforting. We made an appointment within the next week and started treatment! My son went from feeling sad and confused to prayerful, hopeful and thankful! I thank God for introducing us to ScoliCare. We appreciated the care and knowledge that Dr. Grubbels showed. He made us feel informed and well educated on our son’s condition. He took his time to ensure he took proper measurements and explained everything in detail. His passion to help and to bring awareness really shows and my son felt seen! He DID NOT feel like just another patient shewed off to surgery! Thank you! In just under 3 months our son has made major improvements! Our son is an athlete that LOVES basketball, he was so happy to hear that his love for the game did NOT have to stop, in fact it was encouraged for him to keeping playing and stay as fit as possible! Our son was fitted with a Scolibrace specific to his case and has been diligent in wearing it. We also got set up with Ms. Danielle and her amazing Scoliosis focused therapy. She is AMAZING! We love her so much. She makes therapy…. Not therapy. She makes it fun! She is relatable and is very personable. Her enthusiastic approach and desire to help and educate really helps us in this journey. I think that her wanting to help improve and change people’s life is a passion of hers that clearly shows!!!! Thank you ScoliCare for helping our son, we are extremely grateful and want to further the awareness that surgery is NOT always the answer!

I've had my ScoliBrace for not quite two months, so I can't speak to long-term results right now. I'm 70 years old, and my goal in getting it was to improve my spinal health. Over time, I have developed adult-onset scoliosis, osteoporosis, and a hunched-over posture, causing some mild backaches. I also lifted a heavy box into my car a year ago, which caused a compression fracture of the vertebra at the most curved part of my scoliosis, putting further pressure on the vertebrae on either side of it.So far, I've been really happy with the brace. On the first day, it felt awkward, to say the least. But after just 1.5 hours of wear that day, I could feel the difference. For 2+ hours after taking it off, I felt taller and could tell that my posture was improved. Over the next week, I got fully accustomed to the brace, moving pretty quickly up to 6+ hours a day. I now wear it 7- 8 hours a day, and when I'm not wearing it, my posture stays improved and I look better, even in passive moments when I'm not thinking about standing straight. I continue to feel confident that it's doing what I hoped it would do: improve my posture and take pressure off my spine, reducing the chance of further deterioration. I'm really glad I decided to get it, just wish I'd had the opportunity years ago!
